Our story
GeM Group was founded from the professional and working union of Giovanni and Miranda, who have been active in the telecommunications field since the early 2000s. It was the era of the mobile phone boom when sending a text message from a cell phone had not yet become a habit for millions of people. It was the time of black-and-white cell phones, the Motorola Star Tac, and the Nokia 3310. It was the time when the most immediate means of communication was still the fax.
Then things changed, and we also evolved after holding various roles in the retail and business world.
In 2016, we decided to create something that was truly ours, given the extensive experience we had gained in the previous years. With many doubts and some fears, we embarked on a journey of small steps, with choices that were not always spot on, but the desire to have a unique identity allowed us to make bold decisions and present ourselves to our clients as reliable, competent, and transparent partners.
