The round table “Classound: the word to our Partners,” recently organized by Wildix, was a success, opening a window on the fully integrated VoIP service for local and international calls. Among the participants at the event, all Wildix partner companies that have already chosen Classound, was Miranda Frattali, manager of GeM Group, who shared her direct experience with Classound during the round table.
“We became partners with Wildix just over a year ago, and we were immediately interested in Classound. We sought to deepen our understanding right away and tested it ourselves with extremely satisfactory results. Classound has become an integral part of our business in unified communications; we install Classound for 100% of our clients. To testify to this, I add that since we became partners with Wildix, 96% of our 55 installations include the Classound component. For us, it represents the cherry on top of unified communication. Offering clients the voice component is definitely a winning strategy; we see no obstacles. We believed in it from the start.” Miranda Frattali spoke enthusiastically about the entire Classound experience, from the bureaucratic-administrative aspects to delivery, from installation to support.
